What Makes Us Different?
All of our food is either baked or sauteed to order. We have no microwave or deep fryer in our kitchen. (Ask for a tour; see our stainless steel walls and movable kitchen equipment) Jeff Cohen, our chef and owner, opened Pizza Loft in 1975 at the age of 19. He lived in the back room of the restaurant for more than a year working non stop to develop his recipes and train his employees. Jeff can still be found working the dining room and cooks line almost every night. With one glance you can see the passion he brings to the Pizza Loft on a daily basis. Several of our chefs and managers have been with us for more than a decade. (unheard of in the restaurant industry). Jeff, and the rest of our staff are here to make sure you can't wait to come back again and try something different on our menu each visit.
